RIBS:

  • four pounds (two kg) baby back pork ribs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic pulverisation
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ii teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
